Dan has extensive experience in business management and customer service skills, along with a technical background in electronics repair. Dan is an active member of the NDHRA, National Dental Handpiece Repair Association, a national network of independent handpiece repair technicians. The NDHRA provides ongoing training and peer networking with other individuals who subscribe to a code of ethics, standardized business practices, and a customer driven philosophy of doing business.
