We began Lone Star Handpiece Service in July 2008 to provide dental professionals in North Texas a locally based, high quality, ethical alternative to corporate handpiece repair. After extensive training period, Glen had the opportunity to become Midwest® Factory Trained and Certified. We stock a wide variety of original manufacturer parts and provide complete factory service for Star®, Midwest®, Kavo®, Lares®, NSK, Champion, and MTI. We offer one day service for most highspeeds and complete service on all makes and models of low speed handpieces and attachments. We provide complete warranty coverage on all of our repairs with your satisfaction guaranteed. Lone Star Handpiece Service is owned and operated by Glen & Kim Balusek. We are both native Texans and have been married since 1984 with two boys. Glen holds a B.S. in Economics & Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. He has over 15 years experience in corporate finance and ten years experience in quality assurance. Kim has held career positions in corporate administration and customer service. Our desire to own and operate a small business led us to seek out a highly qualified mentor to learn the handpiece repair business.
