Ozark Handpiece Express is a family owned and operated business that is dedicated to providing high quality, ethical handpiece repairs to our customers. Russell and Terry Guy started OHE in February of 2008 in an effort to serve the Dental Professionals in Northwest Arkansas and the Four-State Area with locally based, rapid handpiece repair. Our desire to own our own business, coupled with the enormous growth rate in Northwest Arkansas, prompted the idea of a handpiece service that would benefit the local dental community. Russell’s 25 year background in machine and tooling design is a natural fit for repairing precision rotary instruments like handpieces. Russell’s mechanical engineering experience is serving him well, we can repair all makes and models of air driven and electric high speeds and low speeds.

As a member of the NDHRA, national network of independent technicians, we invest in continuous ongoing training and support so we can better serve YOU. We are Midwest® Factory Trained and Certified. We carry a wide variety of original manufacturer parts in stock, and provide complete factory service for Star®, Midwest®, Kavo®, Lares®, NSK, Champion, and MTI.

We offer one day service for most highspeeds, both air and electric, and complete service on all makes and models of low speed handpieces and attachments, including powered surgical instruments.
