Valley Handpiece Express is an independent family owned business. Scott and Lynne Bailey were both born in Sacramento and have lived in Folsom since 1984. Married in 1983, they have three children, ages 16, 14 and 7 (7th generation Californians!)

Scott worked as a retail dental supply consultant, selling consumables and equipment for 25 years. Desiring to be his own boss, Scott trained for 6 months prior to opening his own repair business. Lynne is a teacher at a local elementary school and manages to find time to help around the shop and do the bookkeeping.

Vhe opened in December 2000 and has enjoyed rapid growth thanks to referrals from happy customers. Founding members of the national Dental Handpiece Repair Association, they are constantly in contact with a national network of independent handpiece repair businesses.

Valley handpiece is truly an independent business and not part of a franchise or chain. They have complete discretion in choosing the best replacement components (preferring original manufacturer’s) parts for your handpiece. They service most makes and models of handpieces and surgical instruments. When indicated, Vhe can also provide factory service through the original manufacturer.

Self-ownership means their business reputation and customer loyalty depends on the quality of service and customer satisfaction. Scott and Lynne conduct business with the highest regard for honesty, integrity and ethics. The goal is to make every experience with Valley Handpiece Express a positive one.
